Okay, here is my suggestion
A CLEAR sticker, similar to the existing 3 clear stickers. A elegant yet large mention of drive safe in the background, and WWW,TEAM-BHP,COM in the logotype font in the foreground.
(In this image, the checkered background is NOT part of the print, it just signifies the clear part of the sticker)
Given that the DRIVE SAFE text is white, with a black drop shadow, it gives a slightly different effect on light and dark backgrounds, as can be seen below.
Heres how it would look on a black car :
And here is a comparison with the old sticker (ofcourse clarity will be better in real life, which isnt visible so well in these low-res images) :

@Rehaan, I like your concept. Could you please make one with the WWW.TEAM-BHP.COM, that is NOT overlapping the Drive Safe words. Also make the site name about 70 or 80% of the current size. Maybe a red "Proud to", like in the original sticker might also work.
I tried to edit yours, but it turned out bad and I have no eye for fonts.

Although I have not done this before except decaling my own bikes, I am a huge fan of simplicity and "IMPACT" font and guess. For something like this we should use a simple design to get the message across. Heres my contribution.
Hope you guys the direction I am trying to get at, and am sure this will look good on the windshield or rear bumper.
