They are required in Punjab. People have to fit seat belts even on the vehicles which never had one. Kinda formality when you see those aftermarket seat belts which are made to fail.

Didn't Ravana use The Pushpak that had SP instead of HP? (SP = Swan Power)

No i think he had the GP: thats the Garuda Power :P

SP was for Shri rams's pushpak yan or viman cant remember(the dont show mr ramanad sagars ramayan no more. how would my kids learn about the Mythology :P )
