Well AP has always been the pinnacle of the watch refinement. In fact the AP royal oak was originally fitted with JLC920 ultra thin movement, which is now renamed as ultra thin Caliber 2120 series. This is one of the thinnest full rotar auto-wind movement ever created.

I believe Sachin Tendulkar is a massive fan of AP; he always seems to be wearing a different Royal Oak in his pics!

Even Sylvester Stallone and Arnold are said to be big fan of AP Royal oak.

My latest possession - an Ion smoked Fossil watch! Love it!

An Esprit Seasonal Collection watch with the stupid two-digit date window, which has to be set every start of the month!

A Tag Heuer Carrera Replica. The strap is the giveaway.

Also, have a Timex watch at home which had an a blue leather strap originally but could never find a replacement for the strap. It rusts.

Here is the 2nd of the Audemars Piguet I have. An AP Royal Oak Perpetual Calender.I have hardly worn this watch and it has seen day light this week end after a long. Was just sitting in the box.
This watch is a sheer quality and in a different league altogether. I just love the moments and the complexity of this watch.

Though some people consider Patek Philippe Nautilus Jumbo 5711 as the best sports watch but I personally think that AP royal Oak is a better watch and Patek makes the best formal watches.

(Pictures of my Breitling montbrilliant posted on post number 325 & AP Royal Oak on 341)

Most of the youngsters in the Indian team now own this , and I guess its from the seniors they learn . Atleast three of them have a Hublot rose gold worth around 10000GBP.
