Default What is the Premium of this?

Dear Bhpians,
I need to know details on Insurance of my car.
here are the details:
Make: 2001
Ford Ikon 1.3
Insurance lapsed last month 15th.

So, what will be the premium for 2.75lakhs to the above said vehicle?

I got info from General Insurance, premium is 10,748

I got transfer of the vehicle last month. So, no discounts.

Please can anyone explain what will be the premium and which Insurance company is best in the industry.
Consider this as urgent.

thank you.

My bike insurance costed me INR 900 ( a second hand bike that was 2 years old) and the insurance had already expired abt 12 months before I bought.
Valuation of the bike was calculated at Rs.35000.

So for a 2.75 lak valuation, the ins premium could be abt 7.5k.
Though this formula dosent always work.

Best bet is to call all insurance company agents , fix a static valuation amount and negotiate with all on the premium .Whoever offers least take it .
More or less , all reputed insurance companies are same from the customer point of view.
