Default Whats with the MotoGP website??

On the -->MotoGP<-- website, the schedule is displayed on the right side...

The problem is I can't understand the timings...

What does "Qualifying - 13.5:30 to 14.5:3" mean?

and similarly for the other sessions as well.

The 125cc and 250cc timings are also in this format?

Am i being really thick and not understanding something

This has been going on for a while...not only this race
