I may be wrong, but no one ever talks about India being into advanced research in certain aspects of science.Talk about reverse engineering and the likes. Probably way too advanced for India to deal with, while its still struggling to cope up with the usual nonsense that happens within the country.

State of Fear was an awsome book, i couldnt put it down. Kept going back to it over and over.
