Default Info on Plastic Manufacturing Processes

A query for all the Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineers/Designers.

I am working on this design of a hollow container which has a sliding door to allow access to it. I understand that the container can be manufactured using rotational moulding and it's door using extrusion. However I would like you to help me with the manufacturing process of the channel/recess for the door. Can it be done through rotational moulding ? or will I have to use Injection blow moulding ?

No replies aarghh. Nobody willing to share any knowledge, aye ?

Although I apologize for not uploading the design but I would like to give you some more background info about this container which I'm designing. It's meant to expand the load carrying capabilities of a cycle and resembles a pair of panniers joined at the top by another box section.
