Great video man, that thing is moving really fast.
To operate a boat by yourself under 14 years of age, you do. Once over 14, you do not need a license for a boat. Most waterways here (especially the ocean/bays) do not have speed limits. We just find spots where there's nobody near and we have our fun
But in some sections there are speed limits, and they can give you a ticket for speeding.

Ah, the Bond movies are awesome, especially the old ones. Yes, speed is addicting. You only live once, right?

to conserve the marine life, there are no wake zones where you are supposed to coast, or go at a very leisurely speed so the marine life does not get disturbed. and yes, tickets are there for many reasons like speeding, drunk driving, speeding in no wake zone etc.

@vertigo its just a plan which me and dad were discussing on when there were floods in my native and we had to go to our farm walking. Lol I thought it would be awesome to go in a flooded river on a water scooter!!
