Thanks, we have to make the theme more challenging to get the creative juices flowing.

In this case, the multiple horse riders are part of the same action, so I guess it should be OK.

Wow, best theme Samurai. Here is one contribution from my side. It was little dark, so I had to use high ISO to capture this boy jumping with sketboard.

Default Thanks Samurai!

Thanks from an amateur here. Your themes are very motivating, and inspiring.

CleverMax, Samurai, Rudra... I have a canon S5 IS. Is it possible to try to get close to your fantastic shots? Any web site for guidance? Your tips please!

was the motion blur added on to the original picture? the reason i ask is because the road shows speed, but the hood of the car doesn't.

btw, you animated your avatar picture. nice

I agree when I was looking up my albums for action shots, most of them turned out to be panned shots. Good to work with such a theme, narrowing down the scope improves the quality of pictures being posted.

Here are two more shots, not very photographically composed just something I shot with my P&S to capture the 'moment'.

A little bit of High Altitude madness, my friend trying to wake up another lazy friend. This was shot in Leh incase you were wondering about the thick quilts.

Great to good efforts so far and thanks for appreciating a difficult theme. We always brain-storm in the support-forum before each theme. Some suggest easier theme, some suggest difficult theme, but we strive for something in between. It should be easy enough to allow most participants (we can't have only TG's shots), but tough enough to make them think before shooting or posting.

Please avoid adding motion blur to normal shots to qualify for the theme. That is not in the spirit of the theme.

Also, try to make the shots rich in composition and not just action. For example, the boat photo from Nutty Nair will technical qualify, but compositionally it is a weak photo, won't hold your eye for more than a second.
