Thumbs up Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) posting names of corrupt babus

Now read the names of babus who are stealing your (tax payers) money:

CVC goes public with list of corrupt officials - India - NEWS - The Times of India

Latest list: http://www.cvc.gov.in/maadvise0709.pdf

Hope this public shame works as a deterrence against rampant corruption in our country. Vigilance organizations in different state governments should also follow this bold example. I think this is one good step in the right direction.

these babus must have failed to take "appropriate action". I can't believe CVC could find only this many corrupt babus.

These are just people who were corrupt but either made enemies or failed to cough up the money to keep it quiet.
Good initiative but i doubt this will be a genuine list at all

I agree, I would expect the browser to complain about too long a file being read!!!
