am i religious....not exactly...

am i superstitious...yes....ever so slightly, but yes...i do believe in a li'l bit of astrology and luck...

and the one thing that i hold true for all the things there are, material or spiritual, is...." that which goes around, comes around"....which is a very true thing - something that i have seen a LOT....

I do believe in existance of god but at the same time Iam not very religious and don't believe in superstitions.

Anyone been in sticky situations on the road? Situations where you could not explain how you emerged unscathed or where the introduction of just one more unfavorable situation would have just taken things beyond repair?

Well try as I might I sometimes find myself in such situations. I find explanation of such situations beyond me...and same is my belief in the existence in God..can't explain it(partially perhaps but never to full understanding) but somehow makes sense.

there is something called as luck.maybe some people call it god.

i have seen people get killed in absolutely stupid ways,now where was god then?

does god(whatever u call it) have double standards regarding people.i have an developed an intresting theory called as Alien puppet theory.maybe i'll post it later.

I believe god exists only in the human mind ..
Do i have a mind ? yes
Do i have god in it ? No

The concept of the "higher power" was brought around by humans who were uncivilised namely the early man ..the uncivilised homo sapien ... they worhsipped lightning ,volcanoes bla bla ..this was mostly generated by fear and lack of logic bla bla ..
the words passed on by generations transformed the then "unexplainable" to figures of god ...

I am not religious , i dont ridicule people who are religious ... for me there is no GOD ..
but i do belive there are ALIENS

Though i believe in god, one question nobody has been able to answer properly is 'since when has god existed.' People keep telling me that God always existed but that does not seem to be technically correct.

Someone please enlighten me!!

Man doesnt know all the answers...there has to be someone or something somewhere who listens to all of us...It is the fear that makes man create or believe in God. As far as anyone knows, God has been there in the minds of all humans ever since the start of mankind. Science maybe proving the beliefs to be wrong, but it has to better to dethrone the belief of GOD, it has been planted inside all of us from the time of birth and as we grow it is upto us to believe or not to believe.

PS: That the most "spiritual" I have got all my life..LOL

Sometimes there are things that can't be explained by science (yet!) which might make me consider of certain force which created all this......

But by God, the connotation for me as being born in a Hindu house, is Idol Worship
That is what I am totally against as well as the insane religious things done by people.

People don't kill other people but religion kills.
Hence I never say I'm a Hindu coz I dont belong to ANY religion.

So even if I ever found out that there is a God, I don't think I need to follow a religion or a certain set of Gods to be happy in life.

yes even i dont folow any religon.religion was created by some power hungary men so that they could control the rest of the people using religious belifs.some religions ahve good ideas but that have been corupted today by extremist men and only act as inflamatory material to futher divide the people.

religion is of no use today.if there was no religion today or was it not followed aggresively the earth would have been a much peaceful place.

just GOD ? you must have some notion of how he?/she? looks ,feels, sounds like right ? that something is provided by a religion ;like prophets, deity's ..
