Haha interesting thread, never thought I'd see something like this on here. I used to watch it during the late 90s and early 2000s, just doesnt interest me anymore though. I remember i used to be a big Rock fan . He used to do some really funny interviews and promos.

The storylines are all scripted, but they do real moves with all the ladder and chairs and stuff.

In fact very few fans know that & watch thinking that it's all real.

WWE was my FAV show some years baCK, i was a die hard fan of THE ROCK - people's champ, because he was so funny.

WWE is staged and its good to be that way, its just another form of entertaintment guys

Type WWE Blooper in youtube and have a look, there's also some old documentry which shows all the superstars working together in a gym

Its just entertainment dude. even the commentators (Jerry thw king) read only the given script to them.

Its like a one big mega serial

It's not only fake but even the sequence of moves is scripted.

As others have mentioned, everything is staged. But the stunts are real. They have discussions before the matches as to who is to win that match and what moves that they have to do.

But it still has an audience because some of the pain that they experience is real. The tables and ladders is a prime example, but I do guess that they take drugs before that match so that it won't affect them that much! There is an awesome movie called "The Wrestler" which would give an insider's view about wrestling. Even the WWE was in support of the film.

My favorite is Bret "the hitman" hart and shawn michaels. In the current lot I like batista and HHH.

Was a big fan about 13 years ago.
Undertaker was and infact still is my favourite.

Loved Bret Hart Hitman and Shawn Micheals too.

Remember playing a lot of Trump Card, they had become a rage at that time!!
