I think the movie was called "Silverdream Racer" - never forget the last scene in the movie - the bike goes up in ball of flame after a smash...

TopGun - had bikes and planes too! (Speaking of Tom Cruise, add Mission Impossible - the bike chase was too good)

Speed - need I say anything more..

Fifth Element - cars of the future & Bruce Willis ...

But my all time (pun not intended) favourite - Back to the future (which car was that, anyway?)

I Robot - the Audi concept
OSO - liked the black merc classic, very pristine
KNPH - just for one shot where HR drives a Ferrari (I believe a 348)
Gone in 60 Sec - nice cars overall
Casino Royale - best AM, the 1964 classic
.. and many more

Yes. That would be the one. It's a gorgeous cabriolet! And the movie was pretty good too. 'Was heart breaking to the the Merc being stuffed later in the movie. Sigh!

The nice Merc Cabrio in Dil Chahta Hai (Goa Drive) was also brilliant to see especially since it was in India. What was that? An SL?

You'll have completely forgotten the epic car chase in the movie 'Bad Boys' where Martin Lawrence drives Will Smith's gorgeous black Porsche 964 type 911 Turbo Limited Edition. There is a chase involving the Porsche and the bad guy's AC Cobra on a runway. The chase sequence was pretty short but the 911 appears in the movie quite often and is a beautiful car. It was disappointing to see the bad guy stuff that AC Cobra into a wall though. I'm guessing it was a kit car but it was stonking nevertheless.
