Hindi movies (commercial) suck. Two currently popular movies (Chocolate and Salaam Namaste) are direct rip offs of Hollywood hits. Dayum! And the way we send out our Oscar representations, say goodbye to good cinema being made here in India.

WRT Lagaan, though the movie was good, people who watched the movie that beat Lagaan said that it was far better. I think it is time stop looking at all the crap from Bollywood and start looking at regional cinema too. Marathi, Malayalam and Bengali cinema is a good place we can start .....

I think Black had some overacting by both Rani and AB, old habits I guess. However, Iqbal I heard has no overacting and done just right, still waiting to see it, may be on DVD.
