Default Online Payment Mechanism

Hi,
My query is regarding online payment mechanisms.
my brother is opening a website portal where a he plans to sell religious services on the net, like online pooja etc.
he wants a facility where any visitor can buy a service by paying through his bank account or debit card or credit card.the problem here is since it is a non-profit/divine venture aimed at reviving old & venerable temples, he his pricing the online poojas around Rs.200-250, the ticket size of each order is very low
Which is the best way to go ahead.
The problem is most third party payment mechanisms is they are very costly, his being a religious site, he intends to run it as a no-profit-no-loss venture.
companies like paypal, ccavenue etc are very costly,
For example, CCAvenue charges a setup fee ranging from Rs.40,000/25,000/7500 & an ASMC(annual software maintainancs charge) of Rs.3600/2400/1200 & apart from this for every transaction they charge, on a credit card 3%/5%/7%, & on a debit card they charge 4% flat.
Paypal dont charge any setup fees, but their total charges on each transaction works upto 10%.
What is the best alternative, he is also giving an option wherein a visitor can transfer fund from his bank account to this acount through onlione banking, but what is the option for credit card/debit card payments.
Pls help/advice/suggest & avail Divine grace.

Try bill junction etc, unfortunately there is no escape from them, you need to choose the cheapest amongst them.

In my earlier organization we were discussing with Axis bank for some online payment mechanism, since we were very happy with CC avenue we decided not to explore further. My feeling is CCavenue is possibly the cheapest among the lot.

guys it's a no-profit-no-loss divine venture, the aim is to popularise old temples, & help people realise & value our culture/traditions/history.
The fact is there are thousands of old temples, which cant afford the oil for lighting lamps, forget daily rituals etc.
Pls help us in this noble endeavour.
