Default Illegal petrol causes inferno in Pune.

A shop selling illegal petrol near my college was completely gutted when about 200 litres of illegal petrol stored in it suddenly caught fire. An Omni parked outside (which ran on LPG) was also gutted in the fire. This thing happened at around 7.30 - 8 in the morning. So thankfully, there were almost no students in the morning (the primary users of that road). Inspite of this, many other shopkeepers continue to sell it, inspite of two people getting killed in the above mentioned blaze.
As usual, the political class came to do a survey of the damage done only at around 3 pm, when I was going back home.

hey guys - i saw the fired up thingy on my way to college that morning.

Twice i have sent photos of illegal petrol selling shops to TOI and Sakal - hoping that they would do something about it - but ........

@ sajo - if you have seen it - about an year back - some people used to gather around that shop ( which burned out ) with hand-pushed ice cream trolleys - and that too in Winter -- i guess they were delivering petrol to the other shops on main road

@ sajo - you from which branch ? Me doin Civil Engg. in Sinhgad college.

Mine is a flame red Pulsar 150 DTSi. Reg No. 628 with the 2 missing. Also have an Indigo (Dad's car) and a M800 which I never bring to college.

Our class has a 100% failure rate... . Now they are threatening to halt our submissions if we dont take these internal exams seriously... LOL.
