Have you ever lived in hostel? That is a very important thing and every man should have atleast two years of hostel experience. It really helps in developing the people skills.

And anyways I have felt that one needs to have a friends circle. Need not be the life of the party. In my friend circles I most of the time am quiet but I make it a point to be in one. Just hang out there. Things will take care of themselves.

Stopped non-veg food including eggs, have a vegan now. A long going debate in family finally ends with a medico-esoteric success.

My other habits include being an absolute introvert, no mixing with anyone, never become easily available. Prefer to have veteran company, full of ideas and experiences. A temporarily cranky attitude while driving through narrow lanes. Sleep at 3am and get up at 10am. No going to crowded places and never join a queue. No window shopping, serious buying only.

I thank God almighty for blessing me with unique habits, therefore I promise to retain them for life.

I have bad habits. But I can't kick them out because I don't feel like they are bad habits! In fact, they are very sweet habits

Default Looking/Scanning girls

I have this habit( I don't think its bad but you decide). I am not able to get rid off.

Looking at girls (not staring just a glimplse - enough for me to gauge).
I swear I have no bad intensions and will forget them right away.

I am 40 years now and married(not arranged marriage and she is still hot/cool) for 10 years+.

I am not a maniac but just have to scan each one of them.

I do comment about the girls to my wife. My wife thinks all guys are like this. (we argue and I say if the girls don't want us to see then why dress up, Also if she has spent so much time/money to look nice then we should see and appreciate).

Now I have a (female) friend(who is also married) I discuss this habit with her and she says its normal for almost all guys atleast you talk about it.

I tried to get rid of this habit but was not able to and decided to carry on.
PS - I have two Oakley, 1 Ray Ban, 1 Nautica sunglass.

This is not a bad habit and anyone trying to get rid if it will be erased off the face of earth by cosmetics industry and well the women themselves.

Nice eye gear by the way.

So... any luck in getting rid of this habit? I know a few family members who picked up the vegan habit and causing headache to their immediate family.

And girls do the same thing, they check out guys. This just means you are a normal guy.

Well let's not get into the details of how each of us perform the scan.

I'm also affected by this bad habit. Don't know how to get rid of it. And its getting worse as I'm growing old .

Anyways, I'm addicted to another bad habit:

Don't feel like working in office post lunch and just spend my time surfing the net and TBHP. Anybody has any cure for this ailment
