Tanveer if you do go ahead with the complaint, you'd be doing others a great service.

The key is to prove

Quote:
A medical practitioner can be sued under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for his or her professional negligence resulting in damage to the patient
...
resulting in serious injury or death, they have committed medical negligence. Veterinary services are medical services under Consumer Protection Act. A veterinary doctor may be held liable for 'deficiency of service' as defined under Section 2(g) of Consumer Protection Act
Thankfully there is no damage done as the right steps were taken at the right time. But from a legal point of view this is what should be proved, right ?

Shouldn't be too hard with the quantity she had prescribed.

We had a Golder Retriever cross who looked lot similar to this dog. She was with us for a long time (nearly 11 years). One day dad called me at our hostel number to inform me about her demise, it did not go well with all my friends and myself. It was hard and we missed her for a long time. A weekend when I came home, I saw my little sister had put some flowers near to where our puppy was laid to rest, and I broke out of tears.

Our family still remembers each and every activity of this beloved golden puppy, even though we have two labs now. No one is able to forget. That is the impact of a pet on our family.

I clearly understand your feelings and wish good health for this puppy.

NFS.
