Thats me. This composing business is new to me, hence forgot to add the name

The content are the result of lots of time that was spent on the highways and general observation and interaction with people.

We do need a prayer these days don't we?

3. Let the RTO officials remember they took up the job for a salary( Do know a few that took up the job for the bribe!), do get paid and at least start thinking about issuing commercial license to morons that have just got off the bullock cart. For starters, lets leave everything else. It is one of the 'highly paid' depts. Let them do their bit with commercial license and commercial FC. That should cut down the damage by atleast 50% if not more!
