And give strike to number 11? The last batsman is really just a bowler.

Great win yesterday I still believe it could have been more tight if the Pakistani batsmen had played a bit wiser. One noticeable thing was the fielding form the Indian side. It was way better than what we had seen earlier in the tournament.

Another thing which I liked was the sportsman spirit Afridi showed. When Tendulkar was dropped he did have a quiet word and both of them shared a smile and to top it off, he gave a great speech at the end of the match which really touched the hearts of Indians all over.

Nice set of pics there LBM.. Although feeling bad for few of the cars of which the roofs surely will be a gone case with so many people

@Hemanth.Anand, nice compilation of the stats, should seal the mouth of Sachin haters (seriously, Sachin haters? I can't understand why would any Indian hate Sachin. This probably the biggest mystery of all).

OMG!!!

That is very sad. May his soul RIP.

A well deserved victory for India. The fielding was excellent and like Shastri said, the fielders were like vultures waiting for the prey.

It was rightly termed Mother of all clashes.

Mumbai, here we come to chuck the chuckers out.

Delhi was just crazy yesterday night and the madness on streets was awesome.
Isn't it perfect that final is on saturday so we can crush the chuckers and then party all night

I know absolutely nothing of cricket and do agree that Nehra (atleast from the stats I saw in the paper this morning) did better than usual. He was very ecnomical.

but...the wickets Nehra took were that of the last two bowlers. He did not get any recognised batsmen out did he? also from what little I have seen (the Ind-Aus game for example) that Ashwin chap is a better fielder. Still it is Dhoni's call. It is his neck and he (from what I am told) did admit in an interview that he did not choose the 'right' combination of bowlers for this particular track.

Exactly. We have to realise that not all Pakistanis are terrorists. Many like Afridi and co are sportsmen and should be treated as such.
