I somehow don't appreciate the way they say it...Most of these foreign authors have made cliched statements like these a fashion accessory. Agreed that it doesn't happen in the developed countries as widely as it does here... but the fact you spend a great deal of time in traffic jams in cities like LA too.
I also don't like the way the third point is put.
I like the last statement though.

Agreed we have crazy drivers who collide with oxcarts ,etc.
But atleast we are not as crazy as this one
