I was once a big fan of adidas too, but sadly my recent experiences has made me hate the brand . Being an athlete and cricket player I had extensievely used running shoes and I found Adidas's adiprene sole to be light and flexible remember here am talking about shoes within 2500/- nothing above that . But recentlt after purchasing a shoes from them , it got torn in 6 month , I got the pair returned and I got a fresh pair ...guess what ? in 7 months time it met the samefate. I thing I had noticed is both the shoes were made of same material . Considering my light usage this is totally unacceptable for a shoes costing 3200/-. You can clearly see a sort of crack in the right pair. Its very visible when you wear it . For the same reason I had sent letter to their customer care div but sadly no repsonse , when I went back to the shop all they said was " Adidas doesnt send good models to south india and moreover they only send us the outdated models and the old stock "...I have no idea to what extent this is true , but its very disheartening to someone who has been liking the brand fr a pretty long time . By the way am a small time shoes freak too , but dont own toomany of them. 1.Woodlands - 1 Pair. 2.Lee Cooper - 3 pairs. 3.Adidas - 2 pairs. 4.Boots-local make-1 pair. 5.Hush puppies - 1 pair 6.Timberland - 1 pair. ![]() Last edited by maxbhp : 14th December 2006 at 07:56. | |

| BHPian | Hi! all. I am looking to buy good jogging/ running shoes. They will be used on even/uneven surfaces. My maximum budget is Rs. 3000. The main priority is that they should be comfortable and provide good amount of cushion. And should be available in Delhi and Neighbouring towns. Any other suggestions are welcome and Please help me to make a wise decision and support me in my endeavor to loose some weight and be fit. Bye and Happy Running |

| Hey Horsepower , why dont u check out some basic shoes , or runners from Nike , reebok, or fila they have good runners and are very decently priced too. One more thing if you a Factory outlet anywhere closer to your reach do check that out sometimes you get a great buy tooo. |
