So, here comes the BOOM once again. Stirred, but not shaken.
We all wait here with our ears and eyes open for tonight.

I agree with you Sir......MODS please do the needful......

Sam Bhai I just add ports to the enclosures and now giving them 1200 watts to each sub and they are takin it........I think I going to be deaf in few days If I took long session of music in my car.........I have to tone down the subs to nearly 12db (according to PXA) to match the front stage.......

the enclosure are a bit small...... will be doing some major changes in the boot area so that all the stuff gets distributed easily in there......

Siegfried Linkwitz came up with a dedicated circuit that can be used to extend the bass response of SOME speakers. The pre-requsites were (a) the woofer must have adequate Xmax and (b) the amp must be able to deliver the power required. you have both.

read this and see if you want to try this.. DIYing this for the car is not difficult.

SL, is a rather helpful (if arrogant) chap. You can email him here (it really helps if you fan his ego).

for home audio there are plate amps with LT built in (here is one).

LBM, if I may ask... what size enclosure, port length and tuned frequency?

it is just a temporary enclosure in which I have just added the ports....the final sub enclosure will be made again to get the optimum results.....the following picture will give the differnce between the ported and the sealed one....the read line is sealed and the grey one is the ported one.....

I know the size is quite small but it will work for few days till the new ones are ready......
