manson.
There are certain tweeter mountings available which let you mount the tweeter like a satellite speaker, think that JBL you bought should have couple of tweeter mounting options, I had noticed in the GTO series JBL component speaker, the tweeter could be swiveled across on the original mount, check with Sam for more details on how he can help you with a tweeter mount.
I had mounted a set of GTO series tweeters in the same location as you have done in an OHC, but facing the cabin.
Cheers.

OMG mason how have you mounted those tweeters. Sorry bro but hahahahaha.
Please tell me you haven't thrown the other stuff you got in the box. And I'm also curious, where did you get the 506? It's not available any more.

i thought its some latest patented jbl tweeter mountings lol. i thought it worked like you can screw down the tweeter in the dash to have different amount of reflection from the wind shield glass to suit listeners tastes.

it looks like a cap of a bottle with a pvc threaded pipe screwed on and the tweeter stuck on top.

kidding lol

cheers
clip

i mean no offence to anyone
