Thumbs up Polk MOMO Swift

This Swift was just finished by Anwar Looked pretty nice and some good equipment has gone in too,

List of Equipment:
1 Set of Polk MOMO MMC690 6X9 Speakers
1 Set of Polk MOMO MMC6500 6.5" Component Speakers
1 of Polk MOMO C500.1 Monoblock Amp
1 of Polk MOMO C400.4 4 Channel Amp

Forgot what player he had fitted

Personally I feel that White will get dirty toooo fast, but thats how the owner wanted it. Looks eye candy !

Nice install blue apart from white getting dirty soon wont reversing be a problem as swift already has a small rear window area.

yeah ... good point aza...it reduces vision from rear glass area by a further 20 % , but then I do not think the owner cares ..

neat and nice install, looks cool and hey the boot still has some usable space. Is the owner planning for another pair of subs on the left side for the future, the symmetry isnt there.

@sam, putting the subs in a such small enclosure, does it make any difference. Have seen such installations but with 2 pairs of subs.

@aZa, for the reversing thing, .... he can add a cam with a smart display which will be in the rear view display.

Looks pretty nice.

I didn't much like the way the 6x9s have been installed, though.

Did you get to listen to it, Blueraven? I think it must sound pretty good and tight.

The usable boot space is definitely a plus!

Even I am Planning to fit 2 12" subs in my swift and the way they are fitted, actually save boot space,Unlike how i have been told that boot will be used completely,By the way i don't need the boot so who cares

The 6x9 's look odd though...IS that white carpeting ? Could have chosen a different colour than white.. IMO... black would have looked much nicer..
Wonder what Polk car audio sounds like... POLK home audio is highly respected...

in the second pic is that the spare wheel in the wheel well or something else :P

and whats the logic of 6x9's with subs.. souldnt the subs give enough bass reinforcement that 6x9's are rendered useless ?

Neat install @blue, I have one question though, Understand the idea about saving space, however both the subs are placed on one side, Does that affect the overall sound quality?

The logic is that 6X9s will not be producing the lows which come from the subs, they are always tuned for mids and highs with any subwoofer setup whether Anwar tunes or I tune.

Sounds pretty good, the highs though are a little brighter than they should be on the component speakers at that price and the amps don't perform the way they should at that price range,
However, it will sound really good to someone who has not heard that many medium to expensive speaker setups.
Overall sound is pretty neat.
