Sorry to say, but I wont be able to answer yours queries, as they are too technical for me.
May be the following reply(in the same thread) of blueraven(he installed the system in my car), help you out...

Yeah everything is indeed running off the amp, the front and rear speakers are connected in parallel, to have a resulting impedance of 2 Ohms on the amp. The Ideal thing would be to add a monoblock to this setup, but not for the time being.
