For all you know there are a thousand people in the world who can run faster than Maurice Greene, but they aren't in the reckoning because they haven't come out and proven themselves.

But these people will come out and object if he participates in a neighborhood race and then goes on to say that he is the fastest guy in the country just because he won that race.

somehow the ACTUAL topic of the thread takes a backseat.

And that topic is ??

If it was a fun event where a bunch of guys measured their cars (this is what I first understood it to be) and had a few laughs then it is another story.

I have a funny feeling that you're upto something.

Either you have broken all known records on tbhp with that DMX of yours or you're in the process of breaking it.

Well if those Id's can make 140 Db with 600W Id amps than your DMX with some 1200 Genesis Watts along with a couple of Idmaxs will kick some serious rear end.

Especially after Gunbir's comment about being in one part of the city,i have this feeling that you have done something.Come on spill the beans.

for those who are wondering about how much to expect out of their systems. a theoretical value can be obtained by adding 10*log(Amp power) + sub sensitivity.

for ex, my alpine SWE 1241 has 89 db sensitivity, and is driven by a 150 W amp

so 10* log(150) = 21.76
adding 89, we get ~110 db . this is at 1m from the driver. it should be more if you are closer

no i have no intensions to do all this spl thing .

as for the record lbm won it but he downgraded his db with 2 gz hydrogen 15inch he was better with 2 id max 12inch .
