Its really painful to see these beauties in such a conditions because of such roads. And I really pity the little Zen.

maybe the best way is to just shoot these people who're responsible for this! just kidding, ofcourse.

I am sure you guys see pot/man holes all the time that can be captured on cam phones? we can share the location and caution other team-bhpians
