Major multiple vehicle accident on ring road Delhi

Last night on the Lajpat Nagar flyover 2 trucks, one tractor and a M800 were involved in an accident. Looked like that the police flagged down a truck, tractor tried to overtake without looking behind(thats what they always do), got banged from behind by another truck, and somewhere on the way an 800 also got it.
The least damaged vehicle was the 800.
Saw this around 11:30pm last night.

is that testimony to the M800's safety or what ?? LOL... the truck was flagged down for collecting bakshish...i think the cops are more responsible for accidents than irresponsible drivers. this happens everyday just off my colony. it is a highway & cops, RTO, everyone have a ball stopping all the trucks coming into the city & collecting. i have given a mouthful several times. very very frustrating.
