Default good News

That is brilliant news Avi. Congratulations.

Please remember to have your original documents filed in court (if any) collected. That is a long process in itself.

Cheers,

Thanks Ravvs. Actually my original RC is filed in court. I need to file a petition in the morning (any day) and will get my RC the same day EOD.

Goodluck again HS !
no problemo ! oh god i know how light you would have felt that day , i wish my day is also near !

For me the waiting at the court is the most depressing thing a guy can be made to do .I did it a couple of times then i always made it a point to move out of the court premises and come back only at the required time. Firstly the sight of Black dress clad people in large numbers and then the feeling that you are surrounded by a crowd of people majority of who have a criminal background is not a really good .

No offence to any of the lawyers in the forum.

Thank you everyone for their good wishes

In the recent past, I have been practicing this with more conscious. Eyes can look around for a second like viewing the rear view or side view mirror, but we need to quickly get the attention back & should not leave our eyes fixed anywhere else.

Exactly, we should let the eyes divert for a split second and only to check the mirror and not for anything else. Some of the things that i stopped doing after the incident is :-

1. Take long glances at hoardings
2. Check out a nice car in the opposite lane
3. Most importantly, stopped leering at girls that includes turning back or looking at my rearview mirror for unnecessarily long time

Waiting for the day to come.

yeah the police reported to the judge that there are no witnesses who will come to testify , so next week the MVI and the police will testify , one month later the judgement will be pronounced unless something goes really bad.

All the best hellstar and may god bless you. This incident was very unfortunate, but don't loose hope. The case would be closed on a good note.
