Default Obeying Traffic Rules (In India)

I came across, one of most respected citizen of India. Who obey traffic rules in any condition . See, according to Bangalore traffic rule book, only front rider need to wear helmet. Pillion rider not.

Correct, People of our country are very innovative in terms of breaking law. Most of the people do not tie helmet stripe, as good as not wearing helmt

Some additions from memory:

Unfortunately no photos.

In Guruvayoor some years back - "Srinivasa Chineese Restrent - Meals Ready".
On their Menu - "Boneless Idly, Dosai Manchury", etc etc

In Valmiki Nagar, Chennai some years ago at some local road side bar - Ice CUBS for sale.

In Kotagiri, Nilgiris - at a Bakery - Chicken Pups, Mutton Pups, Veg Pups.

In Kilpauk, Madras, 20 years ago - A local Chicken/Mutton Stall/ "Proteins" Shop with a Sign - "Vulture's Chicken Valley"

In Interior Coorg some years ago - "Trespassers will be Shot"

In Tirupur some years ago, a roadside mechanic's establishment - "Mohan's Tool Works"

Also look at "NARMAL PASSPORT" and "VIZA PASSPORT".

Its really a shame. Kids wearing oversize helmets... ALso in Chennai guys wearing helmets just before known police locations and then removing it oncethey cross the area. How can we make these guys realize the importance of helmet?
