On the Delhi-Agra highway, somewhere after Kosi (if you're headed towards Agra) there is the famous Pappu Dhaba. Nearby is a bar where they serve "Child beer", or so says the sign on the divider.

I agree. Chin strap not fastened = no helmet. Well almost.

His connection must've been down, cos when I clicked him, he was at a standstill in a mile-long queue of traffic.

Right. Our Indian broadband speeds!

Just realised I missed a page:

The Grand Pricks poster... Brilliant. A gem on every line! And I'm going to think this way about motor racing for ever more now

I found this on Baner Road, Bridge construction. Written in Marathi.

Its expansion could be "Jawaharlal Nehru Rashtriya Shahar PunarNirman Abhiyaan"

How about this one:

Yes: the new Kathipara flyover system in Chennai, a complex affair with (Err, I think...) six arms, was openned with no direction signs at all.

A guy on a bike was killed going the wrong way up one arm. Police assured the public it would be safer when they put the signs up...

Nope. The point is that there are no signboards for people to get off the flyover to take their respective routes. No signs hence the empty quote.

It is complex and has 6 arms/ramps for people to get down from the flyover and to get onto the flyover.
