But probability is some two wheeler must be driving with the same number that of HONDA CITY!

Thats quite a valid point! In India,anything can happen!

But its quite a surprise to see such things get past the automated system. Oh,the system does what its told to do..

A form of crime had been reported in Chennai newspapers recently. After a vehicle is stolen the registration numbers of another similar vehicle (model, color etc) is used while selling it to unsuspecting buyers. Dont have the link to the article.

Yeah quite true. My friend has come across a incident where seller is trying to sell a Scorpio with a RC book of TVS Xl

lol , reminds me of a lady a friend of mine knew ....she was having an extra marital affair so to avoid being recognized at her lovers place she used to wear a helmet ...while driving her palio
