CNG Filling Stations - Delhi to Ajmer

I am planning a trip to Ajmer this weekend on a friends CNG car, want to know if there will be any CNG filling stations during this journey ie Delhi - Ajmer. Has anyone done this trip on CNG, if so do share your experiences.

None beyond Delhi AFAIK.

We went in our CNG Indica to Kishangarh for marble last Sep. Petrol it was after some 200 odd km from tankup

Between delhi-ajmer the last filling station is on the border.
If you wish to visit ajmer via jaipur then their is a good news for you . There are CNG stations opening up in Pink city. Last week itself i have noticed two stations in Jaipur.
Need an action plan before moving man

I recently went to Jodhpur on 6th June via Ajmer stopping over at Dargah. I did not see any CNG station enroute as I was filling diesel at short intervals because I was warned of fuel shortage due to Gujjar agitation during that time. I bypassed Jaipur so don't know if any in the city exists.

AFAIK, still no CNG available outside Delhi. Yet to start in Gurgaon or maybe 1 pump is there.

I went to Jaipur around 7-8 month back, No CNG Pumps in Delhi-Jaipur route and Jaipur city atleast. Though one can be easily fooled with some address of Jaipur Transport Nagar available online stating it a CNG station but in actual it is a LPG station.

GD CNG is available outside Delhi while the no. of station are more or less peanuts. It is very well available in Agra. In Gurgaon itself a CNG pump is been running at either IFFCO Chowk or Rajiv Chowk (not sure for exact location). Though surprisingly the cost/kg of CNG is cheapest in Delhi.

Just wanted to update . There are 4 CNG stations in Jaipur now . Was travelling through the city to Kota when i saw a CNG auto . Asked him and he replied 4 CNg stations are there now in the city.

There is no concise data available about the number & locations of CNG filling stations across India.

However, a quick search on the net yielded this - Cng filling stations (or pumps) in India

Don't know how accurate & authentic this info is.
