My learning on car was in US with a friend of mine. In here to get used to manual controls, I dig it at the school.

It would be quite interesting to know, as to how you taught yourself to drive a 4-wheeler and that too a coprio to start with.

You mean no one taught you even the very basics?

nope... let it be long tours or regular office drive. i use to be a regular companion for drivers where i learned a lot and when we were short of drivers then i started to drive on my own.

i personally feel scorpio is better than cars to learn driving.

saw this thread late..
- Age - 15
- Tutor - my sister's tutor
- Car - premier padmini
- Location in India - bangalore

i had to accompany my sis when she started learning. so i made a deal with the man who came to teach that he will teach her for 45 mins and me for 15 mins. so at the end of the course, i could drive my dad's padmini but still my sis could not ;-)

Location: Hyderabad

Learning on a marshall was an experience. Just learnt basics before the vehicle was sold off and polished my skills on new car (Zen D). Chethak was fun.
