The two Ducati's "were" mine - got them directly from Ducati , Italy - BRAND NEW , 0 mileage in wooden crates. The 999 was with the Termignioni upgrade kit ( ECU + exhaust ).

They are both with my friends now since I did not find them comfortable to ride neither had time to actually enjoy them.

Will post more pics for both of them -

I never rode them fast coz I was never confident - the max I did on the 999 was around 220kmph and at that time I felt that my head will leave my body any moment and fly away

Get behind the little headlight dome thing-- (sorry forgot what its called)

At those speeds hope you are wearing protective leather gear as well, at 120kmph my freken windshield cracked due to a tiny little pellet from a car in front of me.

I dread to know what would happen if a little stone kicked up by another vehicle would do to a unprotected biker.

Dammm - if you were in bangalore I would have shamelessly asked you for a ride on any one of your 2 wheeled beauties. Thinking of selling any of them for cheap? PM me Will encash my savings.

Damm I overshot.. I see you sold em :(

My personal top speed is 190 kmph in a rented Ford Focus in Italy. We were driving Milano-Roma (about 600kms) and back in a day ! In India, it is 130kmph in an Alto, on the Tindivanam-Chennai NH.

I want to know if there's a way to relate the speedometer to rpm. This is for cars/bikes which do not come with rpm/rev meter.

Feel so tiny compared to all the other post, I have only managed to do 120 kmph on my carb zen, ran out of road and it took a while to get there, 80-120 takes while in the Zen and post 80 kmph the sterring starts to whoble a bit. Will try and do more some day when I find the road and give it a go, pushing my car to the max is still someting I havn't been able to do primaraly due to lack of open streachs.

103 mph.. In a Corolla. GPS verified.
Well I guess thats the fastest I have ever driven.
The car had more grunt... But I didn't. Infact it was accidental, as I was just following the leader
