Default NHC Accident

Hey Guys...just wanted to share a few pics of a road accident that happened in my family..

The car was being driven by my uncle(dads elder brother). He was on his way to madras from bangalore on 26th DEC morning when this horrific thing happened about 12kms after Kolar. The car had a head on collision with an oil tanker and the mess you can see.

There were 4 people in the car..my uncle.aunt, cousin brother and my 82 year old grandma..My uncle aunt and cousin survived the ordeal but it was too much for my granny. She passed away on the spot.My uncle escaped with his life but he has some serious injuries..some that will take a lifetime to heal.Aunt has been discharged today and cousin just suffered a broken jaw.

I do not know the reason why iam posting it here but i just felt that i should share with you all wat has happened in my family over the course of the last week.

Hi princezahed really sorry to hear about the incident may your granny's soul rest in peace and wish your uncle a speedy recovery.

However did this accident happen on the Mulbagal bypass road around the curve (assuming based on the distance you have said). I lost a niece on the same section last year due to the blind and sudden curve on the highway(the curve has ditches on both sides hence very dangerous to negotiate).

My condolences to u and ur family, man.

The surface is pretty smooth on the kolar stretch which is very inviting for high speed cruising. But, there are also these blind curves.

my condolences for your granny and best wishes for your uncles speedy recovery. Your pics are indeed very helpful to observe how well or bad NHC can handle collusions.

Please accept our condolences,. I hope your uncle recovers quickly. Judging by the damage, it is a testament to the car's saftety features that helped your uncle and others to survive
