| Hi All, All this Days i was Desperate in Prague to Have the Snow Fall as My wife visited here and she wanted a snow fall, the reason for this statement was since last year it was around -20 Degrees and the snow was on the roads till the height of the cars ![]() but this year not even a 0.02 cms snow fall was recorded and then finally got a chance to visit Kroknose Mountains its one of the highest peak in Czech Republic where lots of local people go for Skiing. Initially thought that there might be around 10 cms of snow fall there as its one of the highest peak the reason for the conclusion was in Prague no snow fall ![]() But after reaching there man i was blown out by looking at the snow and snow falls. the trip was short started in the morning and reached in the night by road(Bus) Now let the pictures do the talking. |

yes yesterday afternoon till night the snow fall was recorded with 70-100 cms for couple of hours with Zero wind gravity. almost all teh cars running with snow chains and even the snow cleaning machines running with snow chains (size of chains used for elephants) i was planning to go for Skiing but the deposit for Ski sets was high so went for a snow & Sledge game. we will be dropped to the peak and given a sledge to come down in the snow man it was awsome. i never experienced the joy in my life

| Hi All, Just got time on the last week Long weekend and i have visited a place called as Kutna Hora, which has the silver mines under it, St. Barbara Cathedral and Bone Church. The Silver mines are now flooded and they take a guided tour only in the first level of the mine, rest of the mine is flooded with water. it was a great experience which had the narrow passage of this mine is called as Hradek Mine(Which has 10 to 12 levels) which was used for mining. Saint Barbara's Church even called as Saint Barbara Cathedral, is one of the most famous Gothic churches in central Europe and it is a UNESCO world heritage site. and last the bone church: Sedlec Ossuary which is estimated to contain the skeletons of between 40,000 and 70,000 people, whose bones have in many cases been artistically arranged to form decorations and furnishings for the chapel(this are been brought here by the blind people). not sure about posting the pictures of the bone church. if i get approval for this then i can post the picture will post a sample picture. also visited the Zoo in Prague and the pictures of the zoo.. |

![]() Very nice pics. and the snow looks awesome. Snow is best enjoyed when itis fresh. Even more if it is still snowing. Once it turns solid or black ice forms then everyone dreads it, even the seasoned guys.
