Body is probably made from reinforced fibreglass. Only the dash is sheet metal.

The Interior is as you can see clad in aluminium sheets. I was talking in reference to the body material which is GRP not metal. The Interior is clad in aluminum to keep it cool in the sun and make it easy to clean and waterproof it, if we used GRP inside also it would get damaged too easily. If you look closer the things you think are rivets are in fact stainless button socket bolts. We only use rivets on the cars undertray which cant be seen.

The car body panels are made of GRP mouldings. The dash is also made of two pieces of bonded GRP.

This is the tentative assembled in India ( we havent released offcial India pricing yet) If it was CBU then the prices would be nearly twice, so over 1 crore, mainly due to the recent duty increases.
We use ford derived units also. Mainly when talking about 4 cylinder engines the industry uses either ford or vauxhall units in various states of tune. Main difference is that most of the industry uses the engine front mounted in longitudinal configuration driving the back wheels, we use it mid mounted and transverse mounted driving the back wheels.

We can change the exhaust tip to be a little larger its already 4 inches across but only within limits as the chassis rails may get in the way if its too big. This is a easy personaisation. We originally played with a twin exit exhaust however dropped it due to the extra weight.

Well two years on, nothing has happened, I understand the car came and went. No claims were proven on how good the car was

Meanwhile the ex Caterham guys are building a new car

www.zenoscars.com

They have pulled out all the stops to build a superior car which will be much superior. Read some reviews, looks good!
