Why is the Ferrari 575M registered as a taxi and why is it registered in kerala? Also any idea who the owner is???

Imported duty free as a "taxi" under the hotel EPG scheme - someone is smarter than sachin, car has white plates now ! Belongs to Rajiv Chandrashekhar, BPL
