I really love the previous gen celica's ...the one's with the pop-up lights...before they replaced those with the ugly round headlights.! I remember the first time I saw it in a motor trend mag...i was completely floored!!

Acc to his interview with ACI :

While on Celicas, I have to share this. Revvmasters friend was interested in the old gen Celica (A 1997 if I remember correct). It was lying with a friend of mine and asking price was 8 lacs.

So anyways we got down to the place and Revvs friend checks out the Celica. Then comes our incentive We get to take the Celica for a spin all by ourselves........HOLY CRAP!!! That car revvs uptil 8000 rpm in the time that it takes my Vtec to get to 4000 rpm. It was fitted with an HKS header/exhaust kit. And trust me...redlining it in 2nd gear on the Cadell road straight way was S-C-A-R-Y. Revv was hanging on for dear life. We took the left turn after Siddhivinayak temple. Its a one-way and then continues into a right hander. Took the entire Celica sideways coming out of the corner!!

Awesome drive...remember Revv?

I guess all the Celica's here are the GT versions. The GTS version has a bigger spoiler and different side skirts.

Do i remember it GTO, you bet i do.

Imagine you are doing 80-90 and decide to go powersliding right outside Shaman Fiat, you will remember it for the rest of your life. When GTO first made me listen to the sound of that car over the phone i thought, hey it sounds like a bike! But holy cockerel, it was a god-damn celica.

Sexy piece of engineering. And going just for 8-9 of your lucky handpouches.

Most of Choksis cars are serviced at Team Motor Works. There are other garages in town which service imported cars.

I'm sure if you buy a Toyota or honda, the ASC would service them too. They already have the scanners needed, so diagnosing any problem should be easy as pie!
