Whats the reason behind these three spoke wheels. Why are they so popular in Japan. Is it because it aids in better cooling of the brakes ?

That blue one looks like it has non turbo wheels. Sure it's a TT and about the year?

There was no difference in the stock wheels of a Supra. They all had the same ones.

Um no, they were different sizes and looked different. I believe the NA ones are 16's and the TT ones are 17's and also wider.

If you look close, everything is thinner. The spokes are the easiest to spot, but they(16's) also look smaller in general.

I spotted this today. Also the Red Supra with the Three spoke wheels is at Almeida Park in bandra and most probably for sale.
Also see the location of where i spotted this..Looks familiar???

Are you kidding me??? I'm pretty sure those are Snow tyres!! Damn!!

Cyrus, can you send me the high-res version of this pics? I would like to see what kind of an owner keeps a Supra with snow tyres in a city like Mumbai!

These are the best and only pics i have ishaan. Taken from my phone so this is all the clarity i have. I found the supra symbol on the Calipers though to be very interesting..

Edit: you may never know when it shows in mumbai you know...(read global warming)

The place where these pics were clicked was right outside the GT R was clicked originally. I know where the place is baba. Just put the picture up to show that this car was outside the same building.
