I don't think we should start commenting on RR for this car. The owner has the money, he's willing to pay for a car in this colour scheme as simple as that. Why should they as a company refuse to do what the customer wants them to do when he's prepared to pay for it? As a maker of the finest personally crafted cars it would be hypocritical on their part to refuse a colour scheme the customer wants.

I personally don't think the scheme is that bad & after all it's the owner's choice & his money! He likes it so nothing like it, why should we be bothered.

And just for people's knowledge Keith moon (drummer of the rock band The Who) once bought a brand-new Bentley & hand-painted it Lilac Beat that for whacky!!

Wow.. lots of comments!! well the car does not look that bad.. had it been like the pics 1day has posted.. it would have looked better.. the silver and red looks good.. the worst part though for this car has to be the red wheel caps and the white lower parts of bumpers..

Dont flame the poor guy....after hes done with promoting his brand he can always get it painted a regular colour....

Since the car was bought for promotion how about telling us who owns it....

Its at the RR showroom at Atria.
Go see it you boys from Mumbai.
It looks good, spend half an hour watching it and you will start to like it,
if you look at it as a piece of Art no 2nd of the same !! and belongs to the Essar group.

Nope. Sorry. Tried looking at it again. Tried to be neutral. But it still looks like a gorgeous car ruined by a crap paintjob and an owner with more money than taste. And if that's art, then I guess I'm a philistine.

yeah i was surprised as well...read it in the papers yesterday...it also said the car will have his name PAINTED on the sides...eep!

I think chopras getting off easy coz amitabh isnt taking any fee for the movie...plus the car being a gift is non taxable, as opposed to 33% tax on film fees...

Keeping in mind the tax related problem these political parties are creating for the Bachchan family... i'm sure they will use this as well against something or the other..
