Vishnu, i saw strut braces on the automech site.....but thats bombay...
do they help.//.well yes...obviously the advantage will be more when u are putting out more power and putting more strain on the car, while cornering etc.

Hi,
Strut Braces help in diminishing chassis flex and improoving handling with high powered engines. There are different types of braces available. I sell from 2000 to Rs 10000.

Cheers

Hey Vishnu,
im not sure how to explain "what size" to you each car has its own sizes, angles etc. I dont have one for the cielo as no one has asked. But i can fabricate one without any problem. Heres a picture of what it looks like.

Cheers

Hey TF,

As cool as it was to hear about a 1475bhp skyline in india...it also kinda sucks that there will be no real competition for it at any drag meets...(yet)

can the skyline 1475 hp compete with the best ferrari and lambos?
can it beat the Ferrariand Lambos in i/4 mile drags .
can it beat the Ferr and Lam or any other car in top speed..

If all the answers are yes, then why the hell would anyone buy the expensive ferrari or any other...porsche gt carrera

please dont tell me ferrari,etc have better comfort ,, better handling,,,,better cornering..better stability....reliability...brand image....etc
I am talking only in terms of raw performance.

Imagine the skyline that Rehaan is refeering is only 80 laks onroad delhi , where as the top of libe porsche carrera GT and enzo cannot be even thought of gettting to India as they are dammmmmmmmmmm expensive.
I know ppl can afford Maybachs!!!!

Also what is engine life of cars like Supra 830hp banglore and the skyline 1475 hp after so much boost....considering they are well maintained but driven like they are meant to be to driven?

Hey Dipen,

The 1475bhp skyline can leave any ferrari or lambo production car for DEAD in a 1/4mile drag.
Top speed, well my guess is that it would be a hair away from the Enzo territory IMO.

Why would anyone buy a ferrari if cars like this are available?
Honestly, i dont care abt 1/4 mile timings and i wouldnt hesitate to pick a ferrari over this car.

Its the same reason some people pay 50grand for a bottle of wine when a bottle costing 1grand can get you just as drunk.

About the engine life, you are right that the boost plays a pivotal role in the life of an engine, however any figure i give would just be speculation so i shall refrain from doing so!

ps - no doubting that the skyline is a killer package whichever way you look at it!

The mighty Supra. The Silver kicks butt with the white one any day. Are they from different model years? Coz there are subtle differences in body style. Or probably its just owner customization.
