You know how college is man. I do not want to garner negative attention and animosity towards me for no reason. Once the car comes, I'll bring it to college once. After that, it'll be in normal use, but not for college trips.

Awesome is too meek a word for your choice Karan! White LP is rare even here in California.

I can only imagine how much fun it would be to rip the LP late at night on
the Kalka-Shimla hills.

Just some friendly advice with regards to your college "trips" (hehehe, commute would be an apt word, what say?). Do take along some security personnel to watch over your hot wheels. Lots of nutters around who'll get jealous and attempt vandalism.

Hi Anuj! I got the LP in Pearl Orange!

DAV college (which I attend) is 5 minutes of walking distance away from my place. As such I don't intend to take the car there. As for security personnel, although I never take any with me, I would have an escort car right behind me every time I drive. They would ensure that people don't exhibit their vandalistic innards on the raging Bull.



Update for my brethren here.

LP640 will reach New delhi this Monday evening and would reach Chandigarh by friday! (25th July)

Great to hear that it's almost here! Very soon now. This has to be among the most eagerly awaited cars on T-Bhp!
Btw, Karan what are the formalities that are to be completed in Delhi which would take 4 days before u get it to Chd?

The car reaches Monday evening. Custom clearance takes 2 days, so that would be late Wednesday or Thursday morning at max. They will take that entire day to prepare the car for delivery to me (Cleaning etc) and should be with me by Friday.

Would the car be delivered in Delhi or CHD ? Reason i ask is would you be taking it out onto the Delhi roads or will we have to spot it in Chandigarh .

Yes bro, will do a photoshoot on day one with the Bentley and Porsche. Will also try to capture pictures of it in motion.

Car will be sent to chandigarh via truck but I will be bringing it to Delhi very very often as most of my friends and BHPians reside around or in Delhi. Transporting it via truck to Chd as it is really not possible to drive through to Chandigarh due to certain rough patches on the way.
