the car u guys have been talkin bout-SLK 280 Fab Design (the one in this pic) is mine
as i can c there are many questions and statements
id like to answer all q's and would b happy to let u no that this 280 engine is tweeked to the max by Fab Design havin an output of 480bhp like it says on their web-site

Congrats on owning such an exclusive ride. Now let me come to Q's which most of the members would have or would like to know. Please feel free to ignore some of them if the need be.
1. Did you buy the car and then import the kit and engine. I guess not as it would be more practical to get the mods done and then import the car.
2. How much did this set you back. Bifurcations would be great. Again feel free to ignore this Q.
3. Is your warranty still valid from Mercedes Benz. I think not but asking just for the sake of it. I am sure FAB should have provided some warranty on the mechanical components.
4. What made you choose FAB over other MB tuners like Brabus, Kleemann, etc.
5. More detailed pictures of your ride please.
6. Details about your other and previous rides.

Thats wierd because the website says:

FAB DESIGN has also developed a new compressor system for all the 8 cylinders engines and catapults the horse power of the basic engine up to 480 PS

Mercedes SLK 280 has six-cylinders, not eight.

as to dipen's qs
the car as u c is one peace
no modifications n no post-installations
this is how i purchased the car
n i chose fab as i liked it over brabus 4 several reasons
1.the kit is muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh better
2.mags too are better
3.doors are different
and 4. engine too is different
the cost was not the issue
my uder rides...lets keep dat aside 4 now.

and also the warranty is intact as i hav not added these parts from sum uder dealer
it is 100 % fab designs kit n mags n doors n tweeked engine

wat ur talkin bout is MBs provided slk engine
viz. 480 bhp in a V8
but thats wer FAB DESIGN steps in n makes the V6 of the SLK thro out 480 bhp
trust me i no...u no y...coz i own it !!!
