| Senior - BHPian | i agree with 1100d. the 323 is not an M. M cars dont have the model numbers written on them and they come in two doors. the 7 series is not a v12 cause BMW has the v12 badge just under the side indicator light on the front fender and not on the roof piller like displayed on this car. even the antena thing which is on the boot of the car should be on the roof atleast that is where i have seen it on most cars. the car sure does look like a 735 or a 740 and not a 750i. if i believe right the 760 is a v12. please correct me if i am wrong.

| Distinguished - BHPian ![]() | For E32 V12 = 750, However for the E30 I do not think the owner will put in a 323 badge by himself, if one wants to put a badge why wont he put a 328i or M3 itself. V12 badge location idea plagiarised/confused from the W140 S600 Benz. However BMW V12 badge can be at the rear of the car beneath the left tail light. Both cars can be seen in one shot, must have same ownership. Note the fin on the trunk of the 7 , Hilarious. Even a 735 BMW should be good enough, so why try to change its identity.

| Distinguished - BHPian ![]() | Well that's a normal E30 as pointed out by others. It can't be an M3 because the E30 M3 was only ever produced in LHD, no RHD versions were made. Sometime back I had done a small guide on how to distinguish E30 M3's from normal E30's on another thread, see if you can find it.

| BHPian | Nice find wim. A thread dedicated to "exotic" machinery in Calcutta already exists. http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/super-...ports-etc.html can these be merged?

This guy (the BMW owner) also has a gorgeous white S350 and a red Octy RS. I think his company was in the jute business, no idea where he gets all this money nowadays with jute going down the drain. ![]() Cheers Wim | |
