@ Hanmust - Ya there are many people wanting to buy the G and I guess the BHPian you are talking about is me, I have now been looking for one for over a year and a half and still no luck!! BTW you G looks great, I havent had a chance to comment on it. I really like the matte finish and the black wheels, very very "beautiful".

Ofcource, one BHPian is you dude. There is also another BHPian (whos active, but doesn't post) who is also on waiting list, but he want 5-door. In you case anything (3 or 5-door) will go, right?

Considering the time I waited (three & half years) you are still early ! Anyway, as always I'm in charge for the hunt for G & will defenetly inform you. I've again traced the maroon G (on page3 of this thread), its in Tamil Nadu, but he is not willing sell it now!

Thank you, I was wondering whether you have seen the photos after its done!

Many of my friends were telling me that the size of G could be recogonised only when it's seen next to some other cars/autos. Other wise it feel so small than its size. Hence I post this photo just to show the size along with a full sized luxury sedan.

Seen here is my closest family friend Humayoon's S-class; snapped it y'day when I went his home to show him my G after painting is done & we went for a drive. He was not in Calicut as he went to perform holy hajj at Mecca (Saudi).

When, even the S looks like a lilliput besides the behemoth, what is swift, santro and nano ? It would surely and drastically enhance the Wow ! effect. Pics Welcome.

Hani, trust me on this. Till i saw this pic even i was thinking it would be of similar size of a Gurkha or something. But you just enlightened me buddy, thanks. CHEERS FOR YOUR RIDE !

OT- on a lighter side, Try snapping besides a Black Gurkha. Will look like a 'hubby and wifey'.

I'm not sure about Gurkah since there is not a single one in Calicut, but nice comparison of hubby & wife. But since looking so similar I feel that it'll like cousins married each others!

Thanks, my earlier horn dead hence I had to fit a new one last week. After that I couldn't take it to paint booth & when I called my painter, he told not to bring until the end of Dec as lot of cars have to be completed. I also have to fit the foot steps, my mom & other elders finding very difficult to get in, especially to rear as now the car is raised more than 3" than ealier!

I have seen a Gurkha like thing in here quite sometimes, but not sure whether it is genuine or a modjob.
So when are you planning to bring it down here and let us(tvm'ites) have a feast for our senses? Do give me a ride.

OT- Does it get serviced from Rajasree,CLT or you do it somewhere else?

So far no plan to come to TVM, will be going to Cochin. If possible come down to Cochin, & from there I'll go to Coimbatore. But date not confirmed.

There has not been any major work to be done, anyhow I've done a check-up from Rajasree, but service was done from B'lore at a friend's garage, who is specialised diagonotist & have 13 years experiance in Merc & porsche + he has done somany G-wagen both in Gulf & Germany.
