I spotted a Black Hummer on Santhome High Road yesterday. It had "AP" registration plates. Sorry couldn't take a snap.

yeah it belongs to the media baron..and this was spotted when the union minister was driving it.I guess the cayman s belongs to the union ministers friend as i saw it right outside his house.will post the pics soon.
