Will this car qualify as an import?. I think this car is, going by the registration which is early 2008.

Isn't that a standard Tamil Nadu plate? Besides, it appears to be a stock 08 E60 in an engine variant available in India, if I'm not mistaken. So no import, right?

I saw a black DL reg Lexus LS460 parked in a house too.

Yes it's a CKD so doesn't really qualify to be in this section.

That 3000GT/GTO is a nice machine.. used to be a lot of those in Mumbai but now we hardly see any in Mumbai
